Located 15 minutes north of Denton and 50-minutes from downtown Dallas. Take Intersate 35 to exit 483/FM 3002 and go east approx. 6.4 miles to Johnson Branch Park.
Long Course Start Time: 7:00 a.m.
Olympic Start Time 7:10 a.m.
Sprint Start Time: 8:15 a.m.
Transition Area Opens: 5:35 a.m.
Transition Closes at 6:45 a.m.

Sprint: 800-yard swim, 16.1-mile bike and 3.1 mile run

Olympic: 1500-yard swim, 24.1 mile bike, and 6.2 mile run

Long Course: 1.2 miles swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run

T-Man features a sand beach start swim. The bike ride features some "Texas hills." If you're not from Texas, a Texas hill is just that, a hill. It breaks up the flat terrain of the area. The run is mostly tree lined through a state park.
Amica TexasMan Triathlon has developed the reputation of "Energy, FUN, and Organized."
